In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the sivp9 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. sivp9 does not permit access by any person under 21, regardless of jurisdiction. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance handled in accordance with Clause 3.7.
2. You are accessing the Platform from Indonesia or from a jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming services of this nature is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to sivp9 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction that is subject to international sanctions or that explicitly criminalizes online gambling participation at the player level in a manner that would render your use of sivp9 unlawful.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of sivp9 or any of its affiliated technology or payment service providers.
5. You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party. Account sharing, proxy account use, and opening an Account on behalf of another person are all strictly prohibited.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from the sivp9 Platform or had an Account closed by sivp9 for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. You are not diagnosed with, or known by you to have, a gambling addiction or compulsive gambling disorder at the time of registration. sivp9 strongly encourages Players who have concerns about their gambling behavior to review the tools available at Responsible Gaming before registering.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one sivp9 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all Accounts held by that Player. Any balances held across multiple Accounts are subject to forfeiture upon detection.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and any other information requested. sivp9 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided and to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sivp9 Account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication tokens. You must not share your credentials with any third party. sivp9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must contact sivp9 customer support immediately via the in-platform live chat channel.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). sivp9 is required to verify the identity and age of Players before processing any withdrawal. You will be requested to submit copies of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• For payment method verification: a copy or screenshot of the front of the bank card, e-wallet account confirmation, or equivalent documentation for each payment method used to deposit on the Account.

sivp9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being held pending completion. sivp9 does not impose fees on Players for the KYC process.

3.5 Account Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your sivp9 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (net of pending withdrawal amounts) will be processed to your nominated payment method within 5 business days, provided your Account is in good standing and KYC is complete. Bonuses that have not satisfied their Wagering Requirements at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

3.6 Account Closure by sivp9. sivp9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provided false or misleading information;
• Engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software or strategies;
• Used a payment method belonging to a third party without authorization;
• Is under the age of 21; or
• Taken actions that sivp9 reasonably believes may expose sivp9 or other Players to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

3.7 Underage Account Closure. Where an Account is closed because the Player is found to be under 21 years of age, all funds deposited to the Account will be returned to the originating payment method net of any amounts wagered. Winnings generated through gameplay while underage will be forfeited in full. sivp9 may report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

4.1 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagers on the sivp9 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sivp9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied by sivp9; any conversion fees charged by a Player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. sivp9 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice; Players should refer to the Cashier section of their Account for current options.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated in the Cashier section of the Platform. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.4 Deposit Crediting. Deposits are credited to the Player's sivp9 IDR balance immediately upon payment confirmation from the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. Where a delay is experienced, Players should contact customer support via live chat with the relevant transaction reference.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes during standard WIB business banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next applicable business banking day. sivp9 does not impose withdrawal fees; any fees charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.

4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be KYC-verified;
• The Player must withdraw to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by sivp9 customer support;
• No active wagering requirement is attached to the balance requested for withdrawal (see Clause 5);
• The Account is not subject to a pending review, investigation, or restriction.

4.7 Third-Party Payments. sivp9 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in a name other than the Account holder's name. Any deposit received from a third-party payment method will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. Players must not use payment methods belonging to other individuals.

4.8 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. sivp9 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance charge of Rp 50.000 to dormant Accounts with a positive balance, provided this charge does not cause the balance to fall below zero. Players are notified by email prior to the dormancy charge being applied. The Account is reactivated upon the Player's next successful login.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. sivp9 offers Bonuses from time to time at its sole discretion. Each Bonus is subject to its own specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts attributable to Bonus winnings. These specific terms are communicated at the point at which the Bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the Bonus amount only, unless the specific Bonus terms state that the requirement applies to both the deposit and the Bonus amount. Games contribute differently to Wagering Requirement completion: live casino table games, video poker, and certain RNG table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates are published with each Bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses expire 30 days from the date they are credited to the Player's Account. Upon expiry, the Bonus balance and any associated winnings subject to an unsatisfied Wagering Requirement are forfeited automatically.

5.4 One Bonus Per Player. Each Bonus offer is available to each eligible Player once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. sivp9 actively monitors for Bonus abuse — defined as any pattern of behavior intended to exploit Bonus terms for guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit — and reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

5.5 sivp9's Right to Modify or Withdraw Bonuses. sivp9 reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a Player's Account remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

5.6 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions. sivp9 may offer promotional Bonuses tied to Indonesian cultural or sporting events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Imlek (Chinese New Year), major BRI Liga 1 fixtures, and international tournaments involving Timnas Indonesia. Such promotions are time-limited and subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the offer.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the sivp9 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the help section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics; these Terms and Conditions prevail with respect to Account management, financial transactions, and eligibility.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on the sivp9 Platform utilize a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested for fairness and unpredictability by an independent third-party testing laboratory. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each RNG game is published by the game studio and available within the game interface.

6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games at sivp9 — provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed studios — are operated by trained human dealers in physical studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical means (real cards, real roulette wheels, real dice) under camera, and the video stream of each round is available to the Player during play. sivp9 does not control live game outcomes; the Operator's responsibility is limited to correctly crediting or debiting the Player's balance in accordance with the applicable game result.

6.4 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or interruption to the Platform that affects the integrity of a game round, sivp9 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the applicable wager amounts to the Player's Account. sivp9 is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from a malfunction beyond the refund of the voided wager.

6.5 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sivp9 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Placing offsetting bets between linked or related Accounts;
• Any other activity that sivp9 reasonably determines constitutes cheating, fraud, or manipulation of the Platform.

7.1 Commitment. sivp9 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. We take our obligations to player welfare seriously and provide a suite of tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity. A full description of these tools is available at Responsible Gaming.

7.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases to limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set a reminder that appears on screen after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the Player's net win/loss for the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Player cannot deposit or play. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before they expire.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7.3 Under-21 Access. sivp9 employs age verification procedures and actively works to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling sites. sivp9 recommends the use of established parental control tools available for Android and iOS devices.

All content on the sivp9 Platform — including but not limited to the sivp9 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces (subject to individual studio rights), software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of sivp9 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any sivp9 content without prior written authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in the Platform;
• Use the sivp9 brand, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that could imply an association with, endorsement by, or authorization from sivp9, without prior written consent.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sivp9's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.2 sivp9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether sivp9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 sivp9 is not liable for any loss arising from:

• Your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Interruptions to the Platform arising from circumstances outside sivp9's reasonable control, including internet service outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or civil disturbances;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Reliance on any information provided on the Platform that is not directly related to game results or financial transactions.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by sivp9's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by sivp9.

10.1 sivp9 operates as an offshore gaming platform under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which sivp9 is licensed and incorporated, as notified to Players on request via customer support.

10.2 Any dispute arising between you and sivp9 in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be referred first to sivp9's customer support team with a view to resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of referral, either party may pursue the dispute through the arbitration process specified under the applicable licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution framework.

10.3 Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence to the extent those provisions apply and cannot be excluded by contract.

11.1 sivp9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that affect Player rights with respect to Account management, financial transactions, Bonus terms, or eligibility — will be communicated to registered Players by email at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect.

11.2 Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses that do not change their substance, and additions of new clause numbering for structural purposes — may be made without prior notice.

11.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

11.4 The version of these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of any specific transaction or event is the version that governs that transaction or event.
